Friendly and helpfull staff

Hotel is old style, and jusedfull ,room design from 1980, beds are on gallery,

Excellent reception staff and room was very nice albeit not the twin beds and balcony room we asked for and had booked.

This hotel was let down by the poor quality of the breakfast and the slow service of the breakfast staff. This was the first time I can recall having to clear and then lay my own table, request bread for the toaster then ask for plates. The fruit dish was filled as we left the room, presumably for the next day.

hard to find parking place near the hotel, but is free of charge between 19:30 - 8:00 am

Easy access from Porta Susa station and airport bus (and in 2012 the train to the airport), plus metro, tram, and bus. Stylish, mid-sized urban hotel on a quiet side street, fits well into its neighborhood. Helpful, multi-lingual staff, free wireless, and breakfast were all a plus.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the room was immaculately clean and the location is perfect. I would gladly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Turin.

Location is perfect if you travel by train; Reception is very friendly and helpful, we are very happy with the recommended restaurant and ice cream shop.

Parking entrance is not easy to find, room a bit old.

Everything necessary, functional and straightforward. Good bed. Simple TV. Decent breakfast. Good location.

Cavernous and a bit gloomy. Decor was disorientating (no right angles; bare plywood everywhere; strange colour combinations.) Breakfast was rather depressing, though the food was better than average, simply because of lack of obvious staff presence in vast dining area - creates a deep down twinge of insecurity.

Everything was great! The location was really convenient and very quiet. Lovely staff and very nice breakfast!

excellent place, right in the middle of the city. 3 mitues to airport bus. 5 minutes to train station. perfect wood work in the rooms and the hotel. just perfect.

The proximity of the Hotel to the train station was great, as I was traveling on to Paris the next day.

One of the main reasons I chose Best Western is because of the free internet offer. This properties wireless Internet did not connect in the room and only worked from the lobby of the Hotel. When I inquired, I was shown the router, which was at the front desk and my room was over 50 feet from the router.
